Benefits of such appointments allow in his experience for the breadth of complex issues, which often surface in an Estate’s administration at difficult times for family members, when there are often diverging interests. Andrew has an interest in Claims under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ac 1975 and Probate Claims.

Andrew’s involvement in the property field has covered advice o professional investors, transactions including offshore companies and concentration on high value properties, even for billionaire family interests, extension of short leases by Claims under 1993 Housing Act and transactions involving commercial premises, including licenced ones and even an aircraft hangar, together with landlord and tenant issues under 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act (Part II).
