Being investigated by the police or facing prosecution in court can be a scary time. We have experienced solicitors who can provide you with advice both at the police station and in the Magistrates and Crown Courts. Due to our location in Ringwood, we are able to travel to police stations and courts across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

If you are to be interviewed by the police we can provide you with free advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you are under arrest, ask for us when being booked into custody. If you are attending voluntarily, please contact our office in advance so that we can ensure that one of our solicitors can attend with you at the specified time.

We can also represent you both in the Magistrates and Crown Courts and can advise on appeals to the Court of Appeal. If you have been charged by the police or have received a summons in the post, contact us immediately. Legal aid is still available, but is subject to means and the seriousness of your case. We can advise you as to whether you qualify.

If you are not eligible for legal aid, we are able to offer competitive fixed prices so that you know the cost to you at the outset and there will be no hidden surprises. If you are successful in defending your case, we can recover some of your costs back.
