Education
Ianthe graduated from Cambridge University with an MA and BA Hons in Law, completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction from the University of East Anglia and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
Experience
Ianthe has vast experience in dealing with the financial implications of divorce, having specialised in this area of family law since 2003.
Role
Ianthe’s day to day practice often involves complex matrimonial cases where there is a business or company/commercial element involved. Ianthe’s knowledge, experience and collaborative training allows her to deliver a service that is tailored to finding a constructive and cost effective outcome where possible. Ianthe is renowned for her pragmatic, warm and down to earth approach and her ability to get to the heart of the issues in a case quickly. She is adept at guiding clients through the divorce and financial remedy process and achieving the best and fairest outcome.
Ianthe joined Michael Stocken in partnership and the team at Letchers in 2010 as Head of the Family Team and has now taken on the role of Managing Partner, overseeing the day to day management of the business and its future progression and development.
