Cath has over 20 years’ experience in all areas of family law including divorce, financial matters and children issues. Cath can assist with pre-nuptial agreements/postnuptial agreements, Change of Name Deeds and dealing with the complexities arising from divorce or separating cohabiting Couples.
Training and Employment Experience
Cath began her legal career as a legal secretary in 1995, worked as a clerk in Barristers Chambers and then progressed her career by undertaking the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives course. Cath qualified as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.

Cath is committed to providing her clients with the best outcome possible, delivering that outcome with total empathy, compassion and understanding throughout the case. Cath can, however, be robust with her opponents and is not afraid to take a stance to maintain her client’s position when circumstances dictate.
