Ally is a Licensed Conveyancer and is currently cross qualifying as a Licensed Probate Practitioner.

Experience

Ally made her move to the UK from South Africa in 2001, and in October 2023, she became part of the Letchers team. She has a strong work ethic and a motivated attitude. She excels at problem solving with a positive mindset and is widely recognised for her impeccable organisational skills and keen attention to detail. She’s continuously dedicated to broadening her expertise.

Ally’s professional journey has taken her through various esteemed firms, including a large international corporate practice, regional and small higher street firms. With an impressive career spanning 37 years. Ally has gained experience in both residential and commercial property matters, as well as infrastructure. She previously worked in-house for one of the prominent “big six” utility companies, providing her with a unique perspective on the legal aspects of the sector. Her clientele has included national developers, high net worth individuals, first-time buyers, investors and corporate entities.

Ally possesses extensive expertise in all facets of residential property, and particularly thrives in handling complex transactions. One of her notable achievements includes representing a client in a residential portfolio purchase of £25 million, highlighting her capability to handle transactions of any size with equal enthusiasm and precision. No transaction is too big or too small!

Outside interests 

Ally enjoys taking her beagle and 2 pugs for walks. She also has a diverse range of hobbies including stone carving, cross-stich, sketching, collecting sea glass and various other arts and crafts.
