Role
Helen is a Conveyancing Associate in our busy Conveyancing Department. Helen is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with vast experience of residential property, having worked within the industry for over 25 years.
Originally hailing from Cornwall, from where Helen’s career began, she has subsequently gained extensive experience having worked for two large firms in Bristol and has then spent the last 20 plus years working in Dorset gaining further valuable experience with other well-known local firms before joining Letchers in 2022. Helen’s current role sees her acting for clients in relation to their property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters, with a particular interest in unregistered and complex titles.
Helen has forged excellent relationships with both clients, agents, mortgage brokers and other firms of Solicitors over a number of years which is reflected by the repeat business she attracts.
Outside Interests
Away from the office, Helen enjoys travel (particularly cruising!) having visited many countries in the world, spending time with friends and family, playing the piano, swimming and supporting Tottenham Hotspur!
